Submit Your Application

Email your resume to hello@northqa.com. Include any relevant links (portfolio, GitHub, etc.) and tell us which role you're applying for.

Introductory Call

If we think it's a potential match, we'll schedule a quick phone or video call. This is a relaxed, open conversation where we learn more about each other, discuss the role in more depth, and make sure our expectations align.

Technical Assignment

A technical assignment will be provided to you so that we could understand how you solve and approach challenges.

Final Decision

You'll meet with members of the team—either virtually or in person—so we can get a sense of how you work, solve problems, communicate, and contribute to team dynamics. Once the interview and assessment process is complete, we'll review everything and get back to you with a decision as quickly as possible.
